I had forgotten how good Poquito was after the one in Santa Monica closed. Went there this weekend and had a carnitas burrito. Excellent and I love that they still have a salsa bar unlike the cowards at El Pollo Loco. The AC wasn't working on the day we went so it's the only ding for our visit. Food was still great!

We recently moved out of the San Fernando Valley to an area that doesn't have a Poquito Mas and, although there are plenty of Mexican food options, we miss having Poquito Mas close as it was our go-to for basic and good Mexican food with plenty to eat for us vegetarians.
So when driving through the area on the way home we jumped at the opportunity to stop in for dinner. It hasn't changed...still offers good and authentic Mexican food...the beans are...
