A fairly extensive Asian style menu covering much more than just Vietnamese style cuisine. The internal decor is a bit of a mini hard rock style. The staff is both friendly and helpful which was a pleasant different from my actual experiences in Asia. It's a $15 min for credit card orders. The foid smells from the kitchen are amazing and make you want to order even more food. You have been warned... LOL

Absolute best, most authentic Thai food in LA. Everything is bought and cooked fresh. This is a hidden gem in the Valley. It's just a kitchen in Van Nuys so no dine-in. . . which is probably why so few people know about this place. If you live in the Valley you HAVE to try their chicken thai thai.

This place is a bomb! We are their regular customers. I have celiac disease and this place is alway accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I love their curries and pad Thai. My husband who can eat gluten loves their chicken Baos.

The food at Rice and Noodle is absolutely delicious. This place is a true gem. The owners are also lovely people who have always been very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. I wish I had the foresight to have taken a photo of the beautiful and delicious vegetable pho I just ate, but I started eating it the second I cracked open the container. This place really is a must try.

Best seafood pho, egg rolls, Thai tea and mango rice ever! If you are looking to get some good food I would highly recommend rice and noodle. The owner and her husband are the best!!! Every time we go in the already know what we want. Definitely the best pho place in LA.

Extremely expensive and not pleasant food. Paid nearly $18 for a chicken cashew that came with rubbery chicken. The chicken was not edible. The sauce used was extremely watered down which made it taste bland.
This place is a must try ! I have ate Thai food from many places in the valley and this place is a diamond! Kwan and Sone are very nice , the flavors of the food are 10 stars worthy. I can't wait to have them again !

Amazing food I ate the udon the pho and the chicken boa all of them were amazing I would would recommend 100% the people who work there are also SOOOOOOOOOOO nice. YOU SHOUDL BUY SOME!!!

Another ghost kitchen to try out in the valley! We Ordered: - Panang Curry (mild spice) - Pho (beef) - Fresh Roll (shrimp) - Lymchee Limeade The food was made to order and packaged in eco friendly products. I really enjoyed how the food was hot even by the time we got home and packaged so well since the pho needs be assembled at home. Disappointed that the beef for pho was already pre-cooked for to go orders. Maybe some customers get weirded out by raw meat for traditional pho, but as a Vietnamese this was a bummer. Wish they had a disclaimer when ordering since this place only does to-go orders. Pho was enough for 1 serving. Panang curry was delicious and full bodied, was easily split to 2 servings when eaten with rice. Fresh roll was....a mess! It tasted really good BUT because the packaging was in a paper box the rice paper skin got stuck. When trying to take out the roll it completely ripped and became a salad. Might be best to layer a leaf of lettuce below the roll to prevent sticking but this was super disappointing. Lychee limeade was the highlight of my order. Incredibly refreshing and brand new flavor experience, I really enjoyed this beverage.
