Horrible experience with Jason the manager and another employee who was chatting and entertaining the cashier. I only said can I order? Tobthe cashier and the other woman started making a scene calling me rude.The manager was not able to make her accountable and lie saying she was ordering g.He didn't want to serve my order after that DISCRIMINATING against me for being hispanic.

One of my favorite locations. Spacious yet cozy if you wish to stay and sip and snack. Plenty of outlets if you wish to stay and recharge or work on that epic novel. Clean and well organized, with friendly accommodating baristas who provide fast service. An abundance of outdoor seating as well. Aaaand prices lower than at some much inferior locations (see my review on the Valley Village 4800 Laurel Canyon location). Aaaaand plenty of parking! Aaaaaand a drive-through! C'mon now!

If i could give the customer service more, I would. Jay took my order and he was just the sweetest person. He had a lot of knowledge on the menu and was incredibly welcoming. Definitely made my morning that much better. Ruby made my drink and she was super sweet too. I don’t drink coffee often but if i do i know where i am coming.
I just bought a Chai Latte, I ordered it hot, I also bought a sandwich, the woman gave me an ice cold drink, she served me reluctantly from the beginning, I told her it was hot, she made a horrible angry face and just left. It's very terrible, the truth is that I came to buy not to ask for a gift, if you don't buy you don't win, it's that simple.
