It was not apleasant feeling to walk in here. Looked cheesy. Food didn’t look apetizing and i waited for my coffee 25min. Although the girls were very nice but it was way too long. I was meeting there with somebody so I didn't waste my time but if I needed just to wait for the coffee I would be long gone, never come back

This Starbucks employee is no good how they treat costumer. I purchased online order and I asked for ice water Emily, is very rude she said next time. You need to order something. I told her I did order something she didn’t even say sorry! I feel like she’s raises

Hey, I use to visit this location for about 2 years, and my drink always look and taste great but I don’t know why recently I got a mango dragon fruit and it must look like dark pink but now it look like pink and without flavors just like lemonade and ice, also there is almost not fruit, would like u guys take care of it.
And also u think this is a mango Dragon fruit?
I deserve a credit back

The service was horrible, and so was the cashier. She was extremely rude and charged us extra. Our cashier’s name was Pam/Miriam, and we ordered a large. We specifically said “large,” but she gave us the smallest size. We told her we ordered a large, and she said, “That’s a large,” which was not true. She wanted to charge us extra for her mistake. She also wouldn’t give us our money back. Horrible service—will not come back. Pam needs another job because she can’t even handle a regular, everyday order.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. The staff here are the friendliest and most efficient of any location I visit. The store is spacious, and whether you do mobile orders or in person, the wait is always short. The team at this location works quickly and keeps the lobby area very clean. There's never any lag in service.
It's conveniently located next to CVS, Amazon Fresh, FedEx, and See's Candies, so the plaza has everything you might need in one stop. Management is doing an excellent job hiring and maintaining a great team of responsible, friendly employees.
