I just went to pick up an order of 2 halah breads schnitzel and 1 plate of rice and meat balls. The cashier pack everything in 1 plastic bag, said Shabbat shalom and thank you . I drove back to my office to eat with my coworkers. When I got to the office I opened the bag and see only the 2 schnitzel order , the meat ball dish wasn't there. I call to ask ether for a refund or for them to send it in Uber (it's 20 min drive from my location). The lady over the phone blame me that I didn't pick it up and it's there waiting for me on the counter. (and again it was all packed and sealed in a bag that can easily contain 5 different dishes, and the same guy that made the schnitzel is the guy that pack the meet balls dis Poor customer service, I will never order from them again. And by the way, I'm Israeli.

Really good authentic Israeli food here, they makes the best home salads and their tahini is better than any tahini have ever had before. Their couscous on Tuesday and Friday is to die for.

LOL I wasn't planning on leaving a review but after checking the two only comments here, it's too obvious that they're just competitors trying to spread false information and just for that I'm giving them a 5 star rating to even out the playing field so to speak - this rating is based on their other locations which I've frequented

I've never had a schnitzel my whole life, and stopped by from out of town because I heard that they are the best here. And though I'm no authority, I have to say, it IS the best in the world! It's so delicious. That's all I want to eat now for the rest of my life, chicken schnitzels And the woman serving me was SO kind! I don't know her name, but she felt like a sister. I do not say that lightly. She was so incredibly kind. I'm a big fat freak and have a bunch of dietary restrictions, but she went through everything and built the perfect meal for me. She is such a beautiful soul and a blessing to me. I KNOW she has a special place in G-d's heart. Everyone has trouble in life, but whatever happens in hers, I know G-d will have His hand on her wherever she goes and whatever comes her way. Thank you for such a lovely visit, who knew a lunch could be so great.

Diarrhea food. Illegal food inspector covering them. They have fake Yelp and google reviews Sharon yom tov here’s a photo is a Jewish con artist like her father they rip off the Jewish community. This is your warning you will get sick eating their food it’s coming from a bad butcher chop. They steal from the immigrant employees too. Stealings tips. Wage theft the owners Sharon owes 1.4 millions dollars in mortgage payments. Doron Goldberg owe 850,000$ so they need to raise prices and steal

I am a fan of the Tel Aviv restaurants, but this one should be judged on an entirely different level, as while it is under the "Tel Aviv" umbrella, there is a huge distinction this location has as their "Authentic Chef Kitchen." Simply put, this location is really a stand-restaurant, a mom and pops if you will, with their own menu and nothing like a chain restaurant. The kitchen is in the back, and there is a small counter inside the Super Sal Market, but it's really as if you are eating in father and daughter (David and Maytal) combo's home, as they serve you a rotating (with some everyday mainstays) variety of authentic Israeli food, specifically Mizrahi/Sephardic specialties. I have to be careful what I buy here because my Iraqi mother-in-law can get very jealous, but she even loves their food. My sabra wife sends me here a couple times a week to get that homemade (as in it's not only yummy, but it reminds her of home). My baby daughter scoops the "Israeli" couscous (they have excellent traditional couscous as well) with her hands right into her mouth. Their variety of soups is as good for the soul as it is for the body, all healthy and delicious. Their Falafel? I don't think it's the same as the other locations, because truthfully, I'm not crazy about Tel Aviv falafel but I really like it here. Their Schnitzel? Again, blows away the other locations, in fact, it's the best schnitzel in town, and by that I'm including Dr. Sandwich in the Fairfax District....and here you don't have to wait until shabbat to get Dr. Sandwich's famed schnitzel on challah, at Tel Aviv Authentic Kitchen you can choose the fluffy, doughy, golden goodness of the challah schnitzel sandwich every day. Now, I'm trying to work on my figure, as they say, so I can't be eating that heavenly sandwich every day, so today I mixed it up and got the grilled chicken thighs in a pita. Also fantastic. Their meatballs? also fantastic. And while it's not remotely Israeli, they make a penne marinara that's better than most of the Italian restaurants in Los Angeles, too. I'm not joking. I call them just to request that. In closing, I can go on about the food, the authentic dishes, the grilled vegetables, all the ways they do potatoes, the sauces, the stews, etc., but almost as important as the food itself is the hospitality, and in that department this father/daughter team also shine. They know your name, they know what you like, and they do their best to serve you with love from their family to yours. You can't get much better than that in the food business. It's why I go there a couple times a week, and why I highly recommend you do to!

I call ahead and order is ready. Best falafel, roasted eggplant, but skip the fries. I always order the pita falafel with all the extras.

Absolutely perfect like all the other locationsI highly recommend Tel Aviv. All of their food is consistently incredible, and all of their locations are very generous with very friendly and kind stuff. They are always clean and I've never messed up my order. The pricing is also very fair.

Don't go there!!!! Especially not on Friday! The service is terrible and the people behind the counter are slow and rude. I had to wait for over an hour in line and still didn't get my food! At some point I just asked for my money back and left. All they care about is making money! Instead of helping customers they just kept packing online orders. And 2 guys just walking from side to side doing nothing, and two more on the cash box. When I said something to one of the guys, I got a rude response and that I need to be patient after standing there for an hour. I will never go there again, not on Friday or any other day!

They prices seem shocking when you walk in, but once you see how much food you get with each dish the price is reasonable. I suggest sharing one plate between two people. The atmosphere is causal dining (like Chapopotle). To get your food you pass through a cafeteria line to select your condiments. The staff was friendly and helped me select my food and were sure to make sure my food was fresh and warm. I really like this spot.
