I recently opened a dog bakery next door called The Barkery and the whole team here has been super welcoming and friendly. They don’t mind answering questions about the menu. All the food and drinks are always fresh. Really appreciate them being here. They seem like a staple in the neighborhood

Sean at this location provides amazing service. Very friendly and thoughtful. It wasn’t just with me, there was a kind interaction with every customer. I noticed he offered a kid that was there a sticker and showed him how he was making his drink. So sweet! Made me smile.

Parking was easy. Always inviting dining rooms and seating—both indoor and outdoor. Encino weather always a treat.

I saw Sean training someone very thoughtfully and thoroughly. The effort and care is unmistakable. Excellent staff, excellent coffee. As good as it gets.

Ordered two chocolate crossaints and a cinnamon role and this sadly was possibly the worst tasting ones I've ever had in my life. I saw them unwrap them from pre-packaged plastic (all three items) and they must not have an expiration date because what I bought was so inedible and stale that I sadly, literally, just threw the food and my money away. And I was under the impression that the cinnamon roles would have icing; mine did not. It was just stale cinnamon bread. I'm scarred from this experience

I'm not a big coffee drinker but when I want something I'd rather get it here rather than Starbucks. My only feedback is, I got an Oreo smoothie shake thing, it was not frozen or icee it was too liquidy. The prices are pretty high too so I'll only get it once in like 3 months. My go to has been the caramel blended coffee.
