I really hate having to write this, since I never write reviews. So, I've been in the men's bathroom, on the second floor and have seen one of the employees come out of the stall and walk right out. I have seen this happen twice around 9:00am each time. The employee is the younger heavy set man that wears his baseball cap backwards. Needless to say, I will never eat there again.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem on the 2nd floor of the 16133 yesterday. The lunch panini was a healthy fill me up and they had all the essentials with such an inviting atmosphere. The service was spectacular. Don't miss out and go up to what feels like lunch heaven!

Absolute hidden gem. I stopped by once, a few months ago thinking it was a standalone location, but found its inside the bank building. I have no reason to ever go back to that building but I crave the sandwich I had DAILY! I’ll definitely be back soon
I recently checked out The Eatery Encino on a friend's tip, and wow, am I glad I did! Tucked away on the 2nd floor, just a quick left and three doors from the elevators, this place is a little slice of cafe heaven. The food? Absolutely amazing. I tried the custard croissant and it was everything you'd want – flaky, buttery, with just the right amount of creamy custard. And the pastrami breakfast burrito was a flavor bomb in the best way possible. But it's not just the food that's great here. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. It's got that cozy cafe vibe that's just perfect for hanging out or grabbing a quick bite. I'm already planning my next visit!
