My wife and I stopped by this Western Bagel inside Encino Courtyard today. I got the hot turkey sandwich in a blueberry bagel and my wife got her jalapenos cheese bagel. They give a lot of cream cheese on the bagel so remember to ask for it on the side. There indoor seating and also outdoor seating here. The customer service here is amazing and there enough parking in the back lot.

First off, let me say that my sourdough bagel was delicious and the young person who served it was polite and friendly. I’m very sorry to say anything negative! My issue is that so much butter was added to the bagel that it leaked through the second bag I was given (after asking for a replacement because the first bag also had butter smudged all over it and got on my purse)…got back to my car and had butter all over my pants! Perhaps management could just remind the lovely...

The food is good and the employees are nice. Ordering there is fine and it usually doesn’t take too long. However, something is wrong with their mobile order system. I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the shop even though I got a notification saying it was ready. None of the employees were coming over to help us even though there was a line of people waiting to pick up their mobile order. When I finally got my order it was completely wrong.
