First off, let me say that my sourdough bagel was delicious and the young person who served it was polite and friendly. I’m very sorry to say anything negative! My issue is that so much butter was added to the bagel that it leaked through the second bag I was given (after asking for a replacement because the first bag also had butter smudged all over it and got on my purse)…got back to my car and had butter all over my pants! Perhaps management could just remind the lovely...
The food is good and the employees are nice. Ordering there is fine and it usually doesn’t take too long. However, something is wrong with their mobile order system. I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the shop even though I got a notification saying it was ready. None of the employees were coming over to help us even though there was a line of people waiting to pick up their mobile order. When I finally got my order it was completely wrong. What an absolute mess. No idea if it was because it was Mother’s Day or if this is how it usually is but it was utter chaos. No one telling customers where to go. Nobody lining up. Nothing ready when it was supposed to be.
The food was fine. I’ve had worse bagels. But I don’t know if I’d go back. Not worth the hassle.
