“Being diabetic I have a hard time finding really good desserts and shakes that actually taste really good. So glad this place is around because they offer smoothies and desserts with low sugar and high protein that taste amazing. So glad they created a protein spot that is guilt free and taste amazing!!! “Got the strawberry French toast combo with medium easy eggs and bacon (chefs kiss!) 🤌🏼It was just enough to fill me up and give me a little sweet and a little savory. Gal with black hair and outfit working at 6:30 am was very kind and served us well. Classic diner atmosphere, feels very homey and local.“
