The birria tacos were delicious. The hot salsa is flavorful with a great kick. They also have a delicious green salsa. The meat is juicy as well. 10/10 recommend.

I’m going to give it another try because we were there on a Monday morning. Everything was super fresh super clean, but the smell of Fabuloso was so strong that it made everything I tasted taste like Fabuloso. I imagine that during the week in the evenings and on the weekends all day, this place is probably hopping with a line out the door, but we happen to be the only ones there first thing Monday and a lot of the foods that make a place like this amazing need to cook for a long time And so to me the Menudo did not have a lot of flavor. The Carnitas did not have the right texture and flavor the rice and beans were really salty and all of our food took a long time to get there which tells me it just wasn’t ready yet. So I’m gonna come on like a Thursday night or a Saturday Sunday midday and try it again because everyone says it’s great. The bathroom was great!!!

The food here is insane. I made a random stop to get brunch, grabbed a birria burrito, went to the office to eat, and was shocked at the unexpected taste of the burrito. 10/10. The service was perfect and the salsa was fire. When you're in Escondido, you need to try this place out.

The food was really good but I don't think I should have to pay 5 dollars for a cup filled with ice with just a splash of horchata. Like c'mon it's not homemade or anything it's from concentrate.

Delicious Birria de res o chivo..I always go for the tres fuego goat soup,you choose how spicy you want it,I always get 3,because i love it super spicy..I ask for no macisa ,and more of the ribs,depends how u like the meat..make sure if you take it to go and you asked for chivo to double check because they have messed up my order many times for birria de res instead of chivo..other than that it so yummy,tacos ,quesa tacos..not a big fan of the birria chilaquiles I forgot the name for it,but you might end up liking it so try it..they sell beer ,a pacifico does it for me..they have chips and salsa,salsa is somehow spicy but good..handmade tortillas is a plus!

Update: I regret each time I keep coming back to this place,no linger the same. Taste as like they mix Birria de Chivo with Birria de Res. I have said so many time please no mazisa,just tender meat with ribs. They dont listen and it doesnt matter who or when they keep adding the mixed mazisa hard to bite. Today was my last straw, I asked for Birria de Chivo 3 fuegos with no mazisa,and ribs. This person working there said they would have to charge me for the ribs.Since when they used to always serve it w a lil ribs. She bring my order,with 3 long bones sticking out the soup,it looked so good I was like yum. To my surprise it was only the bones with absolutely no meat on them,Birria wasnt even spicy like how I asked for it,it didnt have the goeat taste at all. I asked the girl and she said oh we do its just that the meat comes off the bone. I mentioned to her it was all mazisa,she insisted the bone did have meat. She cared less about what I was saying. Definetely no tip for her! Soup wasnt even warm enough either! If restaurant cant afford to by real goat meat just dont say you sell it and then mix it with de res,so dissapointing!

I have have my fair share of birria, this chivo 3 Chiles birria is fire. Definitely recomend.

Driest Quesabirria I've ever had in my entire life! They make the tortilla so thick and without dipping in consome, then skimp on the cheese. Plus you have order the consome on the side for an addition $4. The horchata tasted so nasty and sour too, I had to ask for a different drink. All that for $21+ ??? There's 3 different songs going on the entire time dining in, one from the TV in the dining, second from the employees phones, and the third blasting from the kitchen. Yeah this spot!!!
