I think most gringos discover birria late. It is difficult to describe but really delicious. Birreria Ay Jalisco provides a true version of traditional birria with beef or goat. The tacos with queso and their salsa is very good.

Had the birria molcajete, handmade tortillas, rice, and quesabirria....I really enjoyed the quesabirria, the birria molcajete, the beans and the handmade tortillas. I especially enjoyed the birria stayin' hot ? in the molcajete and having no
coagulation, like birria typically does after a few minutes of it being served. Here u can take your time eating and savoring it without it coagulating. The handmade tortillas were the icing on the birria. They just made it taste...

We had the plan to eat at this place because the food is tasty, but today the place was dirty and the nylon chairs were broken, how are you going to sit in that dirty place?? Better we went to eat somewhere else, it's no use if you have good food if your place is disgusting.
