BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Food was cold but ambiance was great. The service was pretty slow but I think it had to do with the kitchen being slow.

Had the BBQ Brisket and Bacon Burger. Absolutely the best burger around!!!! They have an extensive menu that should meet everyone's tastes, from salads to burgers, to flatbreads, to soups. Pretty good beer and wine menu also.

The food was not great, and server was rude and not giving much attention to us. I do not recommend eating here, unless you want have diarrhea and vomit.

As expected, the food and service were superb. Our server (Jo) was exceptional with a great sense of humor and attentiveness. Why eat anywhere else?

We ordered calamari. It was the worse that we have ever had. It was just fried, and over spiced and salted breading.

The food is okay but not great. Definitely do not take a big party here. It'll take forever, and the checks will be messed up.

Braxton (The manager) told us there is a time limit of 2 hours on a table. I want to ask senior management of Bjs, is that a rule of this restaurant ?? We were a party of 10 people and ordered a lot of food and drinks ($400+ bill) , as we were celebrating a birthday

Food was amazing and we were having a good time. BUT highly disappointed WITH Braxton and he should be FIRED. Because he completely spoiled our experience by constantly sending servers to irritate us with unnecessary questions. Servers have no fault in this but Braxton has made us (regular customers of this BJ) think twice about coming here again. Very disappointed

Seating sucks , and service sucks . Service is hit or miss, but but seating always sucks . I spent to much here to have uncomfortable seating.

Went there to celebrate my wife 60th birthday. The initial server took our drink order and we ordered appetizers. Shortly, after that, the servers changed where we waited for our appetizers. We watch people come in, order their meals,, and was served their dinner yet we were still waiting. We asked her server about our status and evidently our order was given to another table. We've been there several times and the lesson learned is to use the bar area not to be served.  the second server was very good and should not be held accountable as he did try his best. 

Our host Samantha C was great! She was very attentive and helpful. Heard it was her first day serving on her own and she did great. I manage hosts where I work and she has great customer service skills, has a great memory in remembering options, etc. outside service, food was great ($13 meal deal is a great offering).

The service is very bad, all branches are good, but this branch is not good

Food was 50/50 stake was dry and cold. Check was dry. We've had better. We got excellent service though which made up for poor food. Eric was attentive and a super host.

Oh all, it was a nice experience, but I feel that the food quality has gone down at least with the pizzas. Did not enjoy the white pizza, all bread very little flavor, but the appetizers were really good, the blue cheese wedge salad was great, but how can you mess that up unless you're using a terrible bottle dressing.

I have been to BJ's several times. And I ordered salmon. However the salmon fillet was extremely small, and did not resemble the picture in the menu at all. And there was no dressing on the ahi salad and we actually had to request it. I understand BJ's can get busy, but shorting customers is not the right thing to do.

Service was very slow, no drink refills, when food arrived, nobody's food was even warm, it was just such a long wait we didn't want to send it back and even after we asked to get the check we still were left waiting 20 minutes before he brought the check over, just not a great experience coming from a place I genuinely enjoy
