Black Angus Steakhouse offers friendly service, with prompt attention at the start. However, drink refills slowed during busy hours. The sirloin had good flavor but was a bit tough. The sides were delicious, though the steak should have been better. Despite this, the Temecula location stands out for its excellent service. Berenice provided exceptional service, making the dining experience relaxed and enjoyable, even during a leisurely lunch.
