I was in the market for a new sofa sectional. Fell in love with this one set but wasn't quite ready to purchase. Went back and they had moved its location within the store. I gave the salesman the description and he took me right to it. He gave me his card, went back months later and the Salesman Glenn helped with with financing and the purchase. Super knowledgeable, friendly amd throuogh. I am definitely looking forward to buying more items from Bob's furniture.

I had a regrettable experience with Bob's Furniture—the overpriced couch I bought broke, and despite purchasing insurance, I haven't received the promised cleaning or a replacement for the broken part over the full four years. It's disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend buying furniture from this location.

I appreciate the way Gerry handled our visit. Most furniture stores are just as bad as a car dealership. However, we didn’t feel hassled and didn’t have an associate hovering over us which made it an enjoyable and stress free purchase. I would recommend Bob’s to anyone looking for a great value for their money.

Purchase experience was great with both associates. We came two days in a row while shopping around different stores comparing styles and prices.The layout of the store was easy to walk around to find the exact type of product we were looking for. We were looking for polyester recliner sofa sets. Didn’t feel overly decorated or cluttered.Bob’s associates were super friendly but not too clingy. They stick around if you have questions but don’t make you feel pressured to have to purchase anything. All the associates were very knowledgeable in their products and were able to answer all of our questions.We went to all the other major furniture stores around and Bob’s prices were unbeatable. Although Bob’s didn’t have any President’s day sale, their prices were better than the other store’s president’s day sale prices.They have three-tiers of their 5-year warranty so you can pick which one you would like to get. Ask the associates about the different options. They do not offer a store credit on the unused warranty service but it is much cheaper than other store’s 5-year warranty (by 50%!)They also have a snack station in the back near the restroom with coffee, ice cream, candies and sometimes single packaged cookies. So if you have brought family members along with you, they could enjoy a little snack as well.
Furniture didn’t fit and they didn’t hesitate to take it back and work with me on finding the right fit!! Excellent customer service!!

I'm frankly very disappointed with the service. We've had no word regarding our order. We were told we should hear on Thu and pick it up on Fri. It’s been Mon and no word on it. I’m not getting any response via text or phone. I’ll be happy to change the review if I hear back.
