Hamburgers are only served well well done. They are 3 ounce patties and a multiply the patties to the size hamburger you want. If you want a half pound hamburger, you need three patties instead of one beautiful piece of meat.
This was unexpected, wanted to grab a bite after a long work week. Came in, was welcomed by Darrel. Food hit the spot, we got BCC burger, BCC bison and Patty melt. All was great. Nice music and outside area was nice.

It took a really long time for us to get our food and there were only a few other people in the restaurant. When I did receive the teriyaki burger that I ordered, and had cheddar cheese on it (it's supposed to have swiss cheese on it). I did not want to wait another half an hour plus so I ate it. It was not good. The onion rings were OK.
