Gear up this place doesn't have an employee that takes your order. I'm guess that the new normal here in California. Of course I input my order incorrectly. Stuck like shopper at a Walmart self check out where's the help? One of the employees pulled off their position when they saw me struggling. Got though that hurdle and got my food and next time I'll use the Drive-thru

This location was one of the few places that can accept the NEW EBT microchipped card. You can do the front kiosk to prepare the order, and then suspend the order to pay at the register for the EBT card payment. And while Jackbox and am/pm both do not accept the new cards yet. This burger king location was able to serve me and I am grateful for the employee who was willing to help figure it out.
Kid-friendliness: It isn't in the best neighborhood of Escondido but it looked clean and safe inside. The bathroom must be opened by the employees. It was large and open seating and looked kid friendly enough that I would rather be inside burger king with my child instead of on the outside there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Average handicapped parking and open floor plan would be very wheelchair friendly.

Ordered double cheese with bacon. What a disaster, got burger when to table open it it was a single no cheese 1 small piece of what looked like bacon back to counter. You would think that they would make a new one wrong they just added missing ingredients and charged me 20 cents for onion. Of course it was cold also not happy with this location.

We had to walk in the rain to get to this place just for it to be closed at the wrong hours this is an outrage the hours on the online website said it was open until 12:00 and it's barely 8:00 right now when we got to the store the sign outside was updated but online it wasn't it said that it was that it was closed at 8 but they didn't update the version online!!

WORST BK EVER. The fries were stale, burger was cold, and the lettuce was turning yellow. We mobile ordered, of course, there were items missing. Tried to call them, no one answered. This BK does not care about quality. They are not above using expired lettuce or veggies. You're better off eating at In-N-Out or Habit. Anything is better than this garbage. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Got there just in time before breakfast was over. Ordered 2 breakfast ultimate sandwiches . Got my order went home took shower opened bag and it was wrong order, drove back to location and the manager who was giving windows the orders said I can't get my sandwiches because breakfast was over. Rude and I now dang we'll she could have. This place needs to replace there female manager.
