The person taking drive up orders apparently wanted me to urinate at the counter, she couldn't be bothered with my request to use the restroom.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I hope she remembers how she treated me when she's 68 years old and someone can't be bothered by her restroom request. She needs some appropriate Karma

I eat a low carb lifestyle. I went into burger King tonight after working 12 days in a row, didn't want to cook, wanted something quick. I first asked if they can wrap any burger in Lettuce, the cashier says no we can't do that, I then ask ok then can you just give me the burger, the toppings without the bun? The cashier said no we can't do that we don't put our burgers in boxes we wrap them. Ok I asked then can I have a whopper Jr. With cheese and the toppings, no bun, wrapped? Cashier replied I'm sorry we don't do that. I told cashier it's a waste of a bun. This is 2nd time I have gone to Burger King and requested low carb no bun. Burger King does not even have one single salad on the menu. Burger King please get with it, there are so many customers who do low carb please at least have a Lettuce wrap option or one salad on the menu like most every fast food restaurant does.

I was very surprised at how clean the floor and tables were when we came in. The lady who initially took our order was very pleasant; smiling as she took our order. The downside is that they smother the fries with salt. I mean, really showering them with salt. Ask for them unsalted.The real negative came when we ordered a meal to-go. When it was ready, the employee called out one number short of ours while looking at a different table. So we waited. Another employee came out after several minutes, without looking at the order number on the bag, called out ours! I mean, really! Are they doing this for kicks? Please.
Very rude and unprofessional staff . I had ordered my food in the wrong location , honest mistake i am at full fault for this . I asked if my I could please have my food honored there and was told NO in a rude manner by their manager. If they had been kind and friendly and given proper protocols i would have understood . So I had to drive 30 minutes away to get my food to the correct place . My small child wasn't too happy but we made the drive anyway . Never again at this location will I stop by ever again . AC was not working either .

Absolutely horrendous excuse of a management here. My significant other came in about 5-10 minutes before the dining room closed to really quickly order a burger and as soon as he walked in the lady kicked him out yelling that she's closing it early and it's final. He then said he doesn't have a car and the drive through was still open and he wanted to order quickly and leave before the dining room was shut down. the lady told him to get out and he then said that that is not what the sign on the door says but that's alright and walked out the door.That same lady then went on the drive through intercom and began to SCREAM at the top of her lungs at him as he was literally exciting the parking lot and leaving the plaza and yelling at him saying "I don't want to hear any of your bullshit, I don't want your face in my dining room again, If I say it's closed then it's closed" and just proceeded to continuously scream over the intercom. My SO went over and said "are you serious right now? all i wanted to order was a small cheeseburger". That women needs to be fired for how she screams at employees. Extremely unprofessional and horrendous customer service. This happened last night (08/06/2023) at about 7:50pm.
