Just went through the drive thru and whoever was working the window 8/4/25 at 9:30pm was horrible! We tried to get the $6 meal deal and she angrily said it didn’t exist when I was reading it off the menu with my eyeballs. Don’t know Burgerking hired goblins

They always give old fries if you don’t ask for them fresh the lady said I can only have one sauce because they’re for the nuggets and I ordered two sandwiches and a fry mind you she was raising her voice when I asked for a second one. And nowhere does it state that the sauce is only for the nuggets So that’s crazy.

Stopped by to get some food thru the drive-thru. JESUS was at the window. At first he was polite. I was handing him my money and politely asked for sauce. He didn't say anything so I figured he didn't hear me. When he returned i asked him if he heard me. He said yes I heard you and proceeds to shut the window while I was talking. He comes back with my food. I asked him yet again politely if I did something to him. He said sorry I just have a headache so I said oh I'm sorry about that it's just....windows shut in my face again. So I went inside to get the store managers number and he said he would have them call me.. he was rude inside too. So I asked for his name so I can contact corporate. He proceeds to be disrespectful infront of other customers and says what do you want me to do .. I said be nice to your customers or don't work here.
I understand that customers can be hectic and working with lots of them can be a pain in the A&^% but if im not being rude to you. Don't take it out on me. I don't believe in the customer is always right but if you cant respect the ones that are nice then get on and work somewhere else Jesus

I would leave 0 stars if i could
These guys get paid $20 an hour but cant say hi to the 15 people they have waiting in the lobby to make an order. I watched people leave without a word being said to them. I ordered online and got my order last 30 minutes after waiting inside. All they could say was that their understaffed. At least say hi dude. Garbage take that these guys get paid more than most people.

This one goes out to the lady working the drive-through Friday, November 22 at 11:12 AM. You were amazing and super sweet. The world needs more people like you. The food was great and to answer your feedback about the pickle fries they were incredible.

These ladies seem like they don’t like their job. Was asking how to use the app and she said idk just download it and order there. I asked about trying to make a decision on a menu and anything that’s not too much. She’s like idk what and looked irritated. Not coming back here.

The person taking orders in the drive through was incredibly rude while me and my family were attempting to figure out our order. Told us to "back up so we don't have to listen to your conversation."
I need the owner to check this employees attitude asap because it was wildly uncalled for.

We went through the drive through at 7:00pm on 10/26/2024 and were incredibly disappointed by the rude comments and behaviors that we were met with by the drive through attendant. We had pulled up to the menu screen to decide what we were going to order with our daughter and were told to figure out what we wanted and to order because they did not want to hear our conversations. We apologized, tried to quickly decide, but did let them know there was no one behind us waiting to order. Again we were met by incredibly rude comments and attitude. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I try to be very understanding that bad days occur, but this was extremely uncalled for and unwarranted. I hope management can look into retraining their employees to better manage their attitudes or look inward if management was who we spoke with.
