Restaurant was so HOT! I feel bad for the employees! To work in that kind of heat with no air conditioning and 90 degrees outside is ridiculous! No fans, no air circulation, and being in that extreme heat with the grills, I’m surprised no one has passed out from a heat stroke. This is disappointing to know you are allowing your employees to work in these conditions shame on you! Not only was it HOT, there’s a bucket in the middle of the restaurant half full of water and a ceiling tile missing and leaking into the bucket.

Love their combo #3 meal The Impossible Burger, it's my go to everytime I crave a hamburger and it has never failed in taste, preparation and heat. However; this time my burger was raw, red and soggy and warm to the touch. I was extremely disappointed that I re-heated it in my air fryer. Another thing they always have you park in front of the double doors to wait for your order when no one is behind you which is annoying but understandable. This time around they screwed up this time that I felt kind of gross eating it. Going to call corporate and tell them the same thing
