Jenelle was lovely, Kamerin had the BEST advice on how to navigate this beautiful albeit sometimes overwhelmingly resort. The hills are majestic, and the proximity to the lush greenery of the golf course provided both calming zen like introspective moments (and/or naps), but also a level of entertainment with glimpses of PGA talent on the tee boxes under my balcony, but mostly amateurs admirably hacking away as all us do.

The place has gone down hill since Hyatt took over. My husband loved their cheeseburger. He ordered it last week after not going for several years and was highly disappointed. It was on par with a burger king burger only we paid around $20 for this one.

Im not sure if they were short staffed but service was severely lacking. We ate dinner there last night on our 1st night at Welk Resort. I ordered a clam chowder first then my entree. My granddaughter wanted buttered noodles with a side of Alfredo. I received everything at once. They said they bring appetizers with entree and salad all at once. What? My granddaughter received the noodles with Alfredo all over. They obviously don't listen. Food quality average. Overpriced. Would not go again

Dated but good. The bar reminds me of the old MSY New Orleans airport bars. Pokey and could use a remodel. O recommend their old fashioned absolutely delicious.

Fabulous service, cool ambiance and great food ...went back to where we had our FIRST Date four years ago! This time, we dined before a Neil Diamond Tribute concert at the Welk Theatre a short walk away! Next time, just may be for the wedding!!
If you are looking for great service with your experience ask for Valorie! She is she sweetest and really goes over the top to take care of her guests. And her coctails are amazing!
