Very disappointed. I ordered 2 burgers and they had us park at the front to wait. There were no other cars in line. We parked right in front of the store and decided to eat in our car as soon as our food was brought out. The patties in both our burgers were ice cold. I’m not sure what exactly we were waiting for if our food was clearly not made fresh.

I just ordered food and it was a custom order. The staff went above and beyond and made my food perfectly! My burgers and fries were amazing! Props to the night staff they truly made my day!!??

Carl's Jr really shouldn't be using its customers to train its own AI program. It's very annoying and friends and family have started avoiding the fast food joint because they don't want to deal with it.
I got off of the freeway and was driving past the Carl’s Jr. and the light it says drive-through open with flashing so I pulled in. Got in line waited for a good five minutes with no response. Then I drove to the window and looked like a manager was walking by all he did was hold up his finger and no and kept going didn’t even have the decency to come to the window. I honked and still nothing. I just wanted to let him know that they’re sign was flashing and it should be turned off if they’re not open so I’m not real happy I just thought somebody should know if the manager is a rude . You should turn off your flashing sign that says that you’re open to open. What’s your name? What’s your name? OK, so now someone just came to the window the same person and we’re not giving me his name now I’m really not happy someone please contact me people like this and being management positions

We had to ring in our own order. It was MUCH slower than if we had been able to say it. Harder than working an app. Harder than McDonald’s kiosk. Not a friendly UX.

Um, when did the Fried Zucchini start getting served in what I'm guessing is a child sized french fry box? There's no longer the need for 2 House Dressings. The price for the half serving size has not been reduced.
