Was in line waiting for my food and these idiots were in the back on their phones and I was waiting for a whole 2 minutes they didn’t take my order I said hello? And they didn’t even reply so then I waited a bit more and they kept eyeing me and not coming to the front then I sat down waiting for them to come to the front and still nothing . Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you wanna be waiting for 5 minutes with no AC

Would have been 5 stars because the service is great but I’m working construction in the hot sun all day. Would be nice to sit and have lunch in the A/C but it’s down. Hope owners fix it soon!

We were sorely disappointed when we pulled up to go and get food at Carl's Jr inside when the lobby was all locked up. Now we were confused about this because the sign on the door said the lobby would be open till 10:00 p.m. and it was only 9:20 p.m. . When my husband questioned the attendant at the window why the lobby was closed he was very vague in his response and when we inquired more directly about it, and asked when do you close the lobby, he said we close it at 9:00 I guess that's false advertisement huh. So my question is was the lobby all locked up early because somebody had already mopped all the floors or or done whatever clean up and closing prepration they needed to do or is it that the management doesn't keep it open per how late the corporate policy and the sign on the door says?

Went to this Place once and the frys were very dry and hard felt like the reheated it… So I came back like 2 Days ago and order a spicy chicken combo but I asked for fresh Frys, And when I got my order the frys were hot and fresh but this time the spicy chicken was super hard It was imposible to eat it, I didn’t ask for my money back but let the cashier Know about the problem, She was very kind and offered me a new sandwich And tried to apologize to me, I was in a hurry so I just tell her not to worry about but at least let the cook know so they can be more careful cause this is the reason why their losing bussines…
