Charleys Cheesesteaks

So this is after my third visit here. The first time my steak was burnt but staff was friendly. The second time the staff service was rude and not friendly but the steak was good. The third time I only got fries the fries were old and the staff was rude and seemed gloomy. Would not recommend going here.

Well unfortunately my first visit to this food court establishment was not a good one. I ordered a standard Philly cheese steak combo meal. It took twice as long as they told me it would and then they forgot to put the mushrooms on it..!? The kid at the counter also asked me if I wanted a soda or a lemonade with it. It did not disclose to me that the lemonade was an upcharge.

The sandwiches are alright, but the boneless wings met under my expectations. I ordered a 6 pc boneless teriyaki wings, and when I took a bite out of one of them, it was hella sweet. They added too much of that condiment. Let me also mention the size of the boneless pieces. Some did not look like wings other than a piece of fools gold that's been broken apart.

I used the app (which by the way you still have to wait in line for your order) and my order was incorrect. The workers were unhelpful and incompetent. Finally, the cherry on top is there was a hair in my french fry. Overall terrible experience wouldn’t recommend.

Good meal, decent price. Would recommend.

Went in to order some food today . Saw the wing special and when we tried to order it on top of my fiancés combo, as advertised, we were denied and told you couldn’t add it to that combo, which advertised said we could. After trying to understand why we couldn’t get the special, I walked away in anger. I work in food service and have never denied anyone an advertised special. The food we did get, ended up just being okay and average. Based on the service I will never go to any Charley’s locations again.

Food was okay but the price was ridiculous! It was 12.99 for "regular" sandwich I would guess an 8in roll? And 6.99 to upgrade to a combo with lemonade. They also did not tell me I was upgrading to a combo they just asked what fries I wanted so I was confused when I saw the 20 dollar price tag at the end...
I ended up trying it bc I'm on my lunch break and to see if it was miraculously worth it but it was not...the kicker was really the sad barely melted shredded cheese on top when I picked up my order.

Ordered a sandwich with no tomato and no pickles, got the sandwich and it had both. Told the guy working and I had a feeling he was going to just pick them off but I walked away anyways after he said he would bring it. Lo and behold he did in-fact pick them off. My only issue is what if it was an allergy and not just a preference.

Took thirty minutes for a pick up order that stated it would take 5 minutes, and when I got the order it was completely wrong. Staff did not show any care at all.
