One of the worse chic fil a locations I’ve been to. Poor quality food issues—mess ups on simple orders. Drive thru customer service is hit or miss and can be unprofessional. Slow line—almost every other chic fil a I’ve been to is better than this one

Edit: yall just gave me the worst salad of all time. It was filled with pieces of the core. Why are you guys so awesomely bad?? 😭😭😭

I am done with all Chik-fil-A's. The prices are ridiculous way to high. $7.00 for a cup , cup ,not a bowl. of Tortilla soup?? So $24.00 for lunch. (Cobb salad, cup of Tortilla soup and large drink) Praise Jesus and all. I'm done with

Julie in the drive thru can use a hug. I’m so used to politely talking to customers but I was confused when I pulled up to the line and she asked me how I was paying and I said I paid with my Apple Pay on the app and she rudely said “WE JUST CONFIRM IT” and walked away. No thanks you or “my pleasure” like they’re supposed to say. Excuse me for not knowing how your system works

Pretty bad location in an always busy parking lot next to a Target. Orders take a long time to come out here and the typical experience is stand and wait. I see a lot of people just standing around waiting for their orders. Even if you order ahead with the app your order won't be put out so you can grab it yourself, you have to wait your turn to talk to the one person in charge of pickup orders and show them your order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes just for fries after ordering ahead of coming here and this was before 11 AM! Some things worth noting: Prices have gone up in a significant way. A chicken sandwich used to be under $4 not long ago and is now at least $7! A large fry here is the equivalent of a Medium at McDonald's. Overall I will be avoiding this location and Chick-fil-A in general.
