When At The Drive Thru This Afternoon Around 1:05-1:10pm There Was 3 Female Workers Out Left Lane Standing Talking And Giggling Amongst Each Other (Understandable Work Friends Etc) But What Wasn’t Acceptable Was The Fact That Me & My Family Weren’t Acknowledged Nor Asked To Take Our Order We Were Skipped In Line Right After They Were Done Laughing & Speaking To One Another At This Point Felt Disrespected & Clearly Didn’t Want Our Service We Had To Continue Driving Forward When Asked After Getting To The Window What My Order Was Said My Order Was Never Taken And Drove Off They Need To Pay Attention & Not Lack Customer Attention She Could’ve Asked If We Were Helped But No She Just Ignored Us Very Disappointed.

Today was Christmas Xmas eve, I ordered egg white grill sandwich. Chicken was very dry and cheese not even melted and bread was hard to chew. I thought chicfila would make costumers happy this holiday I guess not. From now on I’m checking my food before I leave!

Everyone was exceedingly kind and attentive. We were visited multiple times by multiple people asking if we needed anything and If we were enjoying our meal. We even had someone wish us a great day already outside of the restaurant on our way to our vehicle. It was a very warm and welcome experience. We also noticed everyone in the place was getting the same treatment. We even got to try samples of the new peppermint milkshake. I don't think my husband wanted to leave. Great Experience over all will dine-in again next time we are in town.

Fantastic service! I came through the drive-thru on Veterans Day, and even though I’d missed the promo time, the young lady taking orders kindly offered me the breakfast chicken biscuit anyway. That kindness meant so much to me as a disabled veteran on a tight budget. Delicious food and outstanding customer service—thank you, Chick-fil-A!
I went through the drive through and waited for everyone else to get their food but when I got to the counter they told me I had to pull into a spot because my salads weren’t ready!?!?! Salad really nothing about it has to be cooked!!! I refused so the girl got her manager Ashley C. (Not sure the whole spelling) and this chick was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life and so condescending!!! I threw the food out because I don’t trust her one bit! I will Never go here again!!!
