Always the cleanest and most professionally run take out there is just like In and Out Burger. Their Criss-Cross fries are a real treat and their chicken is better than any other franchise around.

I usually don't eat at this location or at C-F-A in general. I went with my son during peek hour, so food took a little longer to get. My son and I grabbed a few strip combos and two mango passion teas- (I asked for) no ice on mine and my son asked for light ice. We do this because we sip and don't like water down drinks after an hour. I was expecting their regular white foam cup, but instead our teas came in a clear cup that seemed smaller. His cup seemed to be filled with the regular amount of ice and mine was missing about an inch at the top. I do wish they were more clear on the "size", and I do think it was more expensive than a soft drink. The drink lacked a good hardy taste. Personally, I was disappointed and don't think it was worth it. Strips tasted as always. We love their fries so we always order their large size. Btw, Is it just me or does anyone else think the choice of going for a waffle cut is designed to give less of a portion? I've tried their salads in the past and they don't disappoint. On one occasion I tried the spicy grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and it was ok. Overall, the taste and food seems to always be the same.

I didn't think there was variance in Chick-fil-A quality but this was the best chick fil la I've ever had. Service was wicked fast and everyone was so nice! Bravo!
Lily was such a sweet person, she was double checking to make sure everything was correct, she is the first worker we’ve met that was very patient, overall wonderful customer service! happy valentine’s day lily?

Delicious food... after you wait 30 minutes for it to be made. Tables and floors were disgusting, trash cans over flowing. Idk what the guy in front of me ordered but it came out to $6.66 and the cashier couldn't understand why he wanted to buy a sauce or upsize his drink ?
This morning I ordered breakfast online to do curbside pick up. I also ordered fries and a sand-which with NO PICKLES. The app did alert me that my food was going to take longer due to being breakfast time. I received a confirmation email before 10:30 am that my order had been processed. I arrived at 11am giving the restaurant plenty of time to work on my food since I have a baby in the car. At arrival the app was not working to enter a spot #. After no one would come out and I saw DT cars arriving & leaving before me I called the restaurant to let them know I had been waiting outside. A woman answered (Maya) & let me know she was going to bring my food out in 5 min. Which took longer. When I received my food it was incorrect my breakfast wasn’t in there & a sand-which was in there with pickles. I let her know & she told me I had ordered way past breakfast which was not true. I showed her the email which showed the time I ordered. While we were speaking she admitted to entering my food past the breakfast time & not when they had received it, therefore she wasn’t going to give me what I ordered. I let her know I could wait for my order to be remade correctly since I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just be given the food I had ordered & been charged for. I guess Maya who I was speaking with is the manager, follows by telling me she was going to refund my $. It’s not about the $, it’s about minimum customer service. I gave her the food that had the pickles back since I can’t have it or else my tongue swells up & I need to get a shot. She didn’t care whatsoever. Very disappointed. We’ve never experienced this type of service. Pls do better, with this type of behavior, customer service is not for everyone.
