Chicken Plus will always have a special place in my heart. I still remember when my dad used to take me here back in elementary school — it was our go-to spot for a delicious meal and some quality time together. Every visit was a treat, and even now, all these years later, I keep coming back.

The food is just as incredible as I remember — always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. But what really sets Chicken Plus apart is the heart behind it....

Chicken Plus cuisine is consistently excellent. Best food in Escondido. The ingredients are always fresh, the dishes are healthy proportions, the flavors are rich and full. The owner/chef, Sid, takes great care of his product and ensures all is perfect. Can't go wrong at Chicken Plus, whether for lunch or to cater any event.

One of my favorite go-to places. My favorite is the liver & onions, which I switch the mash for rice pilaf.
Gyros is always on point.
Portions match prices.
And whenever I’m sick - It’s the lemon chicken soup to go.

There are so many things on the menu I’m yet to try!
