I order party trays and schedule a pick up at 11am. My husband went there by 11 to pick up the food, however the food is not ready yet by 11 and they finish it all past 12 noon. I am so dissappointed and stress out and called them because my baby's birthday party start at 12, and we still have to drive from there to valley center. We are supposed to pick up the food by 11 and have 1 hour preparation before the visitors came in, i called the store and ask why they would commit us that the food is schedule to pick up by 11 when they really can't prepare all the food with the agreed time of pick up. And the guy on the phone is also upset and screaming and angry at me too telling that they open at 11am, we are preparing your food, asking me what do i want them to do if the food is still not ready. He told me what do you want me to say, say sorry? Is that what you want. Then he talk to my husband who is in the store waiting for all the food, your wife's calling me and won't stop fighting. He was extremely angry at me too!
This is so unbelievable! I have the right to complain as the store agreed to pick up the food by 11, it all messed up our plans, the timing and our preparations for my baby's birthday party. It would have been different,if the guy on the phone talked to me nicely and apologetic, id probably understand more.But instead, he also get mad at me and yelling over the phone. You have to respect other people's time. If you can't prepare it on the agreed time, then let the customer know that it's not possible to get the food at that specific time so we can plan ahead and makes some adjustment. Never ever gonna order here, Staff are very rude!

I’ve ordered eggplant tofu twice from this place to go. Both times I got a container full of eggplant and 3-4 miserable pieces of tofu, disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was phenomenal. I had the Orange chicken and my fiancé had the shrimp chow mein. The portions were very generous and were extremely tasty. Some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a very long time. Dennis was our server and was very polite and helpful. Will be coming back!

The food is consistently decent, sometimes above average and sometime below, with reliably fast service. This establishment operates more as an efficient takeout facility than a full-service restaurant. While the experience is different from traditional Chinese dine-in restaurants, the quality and convenience make it a place I'll continue to visit.

Best, Chinese food at Escondido. You can order online or in person. Nice size portions of food and customer service is great.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First off the service was very rude. The man who helped me was rushing and cutting me off as if he had a line out the door. We were the only ones there. The food was too saucy. The meat was “soggy” and seemed like it wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back.

Being able to compare this place to a lot of other Chinese food places, China Bros fall to the bottom of the list. You are better off going across the street to Panda Express. Chow mein was off color and didn't taste that good. Honey walnut shrimp was soggy on old lettuce. Salt n pepper chicken wings had a weird taste I couldn't make out. Orange chicken was mashed into a small container and became one big blob of tasteless chicken.

Used to be our place-to-go for Chinese food for many years, ordered numerous party trays for almost every occasion we had, until rude guy up front at the register started arguing with us about little cup of sauce. Well, they lost us as a repeated customers after that. Good food, bad service. Won't be back till they get rid of the rude guy up front at the register.

Ordered off uber eats and the food was so good! It was delivered in 20 minutes and came steaming hot.
