What the hell is going on with Chipotle? I have no problem paying extra, but when I get extra meat, give me extra meat! How hard is it to change your scoops? Go to restaurant Depot and get yourself a proper portion scoop so when people pay extra they get the proper amount of meat. $50 for 3 bowls and when I ask for my sauce on the side, I get a half full portion cup. Come on Chipotle!

7:30 on a sunday and this place is filthy, staff dont like their job, they stretch the food out because its closing time, i get it. I hope you get it too and go elsewhere. Please fire the staff.

Chipotle is still not living up to their promise of bigger portions. Went in for a normal bowl of 18$ and came out with the saddest looking bowl ever. Will not come again until they live up to their saying

Rude staff, who knows theyre slopping on crummy portions, and rushing u at that. If u ask for more of something it is such a bother to them. Not one smile (rarely have I seen any workers smile over the past 10+ years coming here) ordered lg chips & guac, and a salad with an extra dressing. Came home, no dressing in bag and old stale chips. Had to go back to store. No more details needed. Staff has no sense of wprk etchic, np simple "im sorry about that" just blank stares. Prices are too high and times are tough. No more chipotle for me, fpod is always sub-par (sometimes too terrible to eat-like my salad right now-soggy lettuce-and she knew it when she put it in there, I hax to ask for extra taco lettuce....2x just to have some

Placed a mobile order and the store was closed. Charged my debit card and the store is closed. Then I called the store and the person who answered gave me an attitude like I inconvenienced him. Then three employees come out, go next door and come back to their store with frozen yogurt in their hands ignoring the customers outside dealing with the same issue I am.

I ordered online, and they have a place to pick up your online order. I sat for a while waiting for someone to put it there, but after a while, got in line and asked about it. Turns out it had been ready for a while, just sitting on a counter. My burrito tasted great though! Just took a while.

Terrible! Experience was: 05/15/2024 at 12:00PM..2nd time they messed up my order. I usually go back and let the people know they messed up. But today I saw that I didn’t order extra chicken and they charged me for it anyways. And charged me for an additional side that I never got. I was so upset, and the meals were for a loved one that was upset at me for going there. And the customer service is terrible. No one is smiling, no one is friendly, they all just whisper to each other and don’t bother making eye contact. Everyone looked like they were on training or scared to work there. Why has chipotle changed their way of hiring or professionalism? Where is the management involved?
