Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m not sure what the deal is at this location specifically but we regularly come here and there’s always something wrong. They’re either out of cash, so will not allow cash transactions, or they’re out of ingredients, for example they’re out of cheese today.
The cash issue has happened more than 4 times within 3 months, the ingredient issue has happened multiple times as well. Also, it smells like sewer right when you walk in, only at the end of the evening, but it’s very off putting, the restaurant is clean as well as their bathrooms, it’s only right when you walk in.
Not sure if this is management’s issue or what, but we’re not coming to this location anymore because of these issues.

And this was an online order, not me glaring over the glass, hahaha. Great people, a clean store, food was ready on time and man. Such a portion! Easy parking and a good amount of indoor seating here. Clean restrooms too.

amazing employees!! this food is out of this world delicious and huge portions!! our kids meal fed 2 adults!! the vegan taco meat was stupendous, we loved the queso Blanco, the guac and chips.

Unusually wouldn’t leave a bad review but I have to say I think there were more flys in and on and around that Chipotle than I have ever seen. That’s disappointing and disgusting at the same time. I will never return to this Chipotle in my life!! If you’re okay with eating what the flys have landing on then enjoy your food! But for me never ever again

If you order from this place on grubhub or Uber eats they RIP you off. I Got a taquito instead of a burrito and stale ass chips both times ive ordered here. Why are the employees being so stingy at this location??you guys own this place? Nope. I just spent over 60 bucks and am extremely disappointed. My family will never be back here .**Corporate needs to check on this location for QC.***

This Escondido location is so much better than the one in San Marcos. The food is actually good and the service is far superior. I stopped going to chipotle because I had a bad experience but am glad I gave this location a try.

I have never received chicken so burnt from chipotle, that was so disrespectful. why would you guys give me that, it wasn’t even edible. To the person who gave me that chipotle bowl I have no words for you because you looked at that and still gave it to me
