Prices are high and they serving are lower then any other Chipotle I been to.

Since I’ve been seasonally working at the mall, I’ve come here a handful of times now.

The food has always been well-portioned and hot, even at the end of the day. The people have always provided friendly service, and the area has been clean. Top-flight service every time.

The young man who served me today was gentleman. His coworkers were very condescending towards him, likely because he had a disability, and it almost made me lose my appetite… but I just got off work and ate my burrito anyways. When he was done wrapping my burrito one of the ladies laughed and walked away.

I felt for him. I hope this issue gets resolved or he finds a place of employment that isn’t toxic. If you’re reading this hang in there man.

I took no pleasure in writing this as I prided myself in only doing good reviews but this stuck with me. Downright heartbreaking to see someone like that treated with such contempt. This is why I broke my ‘only good review’ streak… because this needed to be said as it broke me. Three stars, no ChatGPT correcting for grammar, spelling or punctuation on this one. Sorry not sorry.

I dont give negative reviews unless something is horribly wrong, Food was nasty,horrible, cold, employee doesn’t put enough food , food portion is a joke for the money, you tell them 3 scoops and its like 3 spoons, food made my guts upset for hours.

1- you rush me all the way and it was nobody in line besides me
2- you wanted to charge me for fajitas crazy!

The cashier, Natalie, was very helpful. She wrapped my burrito nicely, which made it much easier to enjoy without it falling apart. Great job, Natalie!

The worst service in a chipotle ever

There was this lady with long lashes at the cashier who was really rude and impatient. I asked for water and she gave it on the rocks and I told her I don’t want ice and she got So pissed off. Later my friend went and asked for a cup of water and she said she was busy and she didn’t give her one.

Stood at the register for 5 min with my baby staring at 2 employees and wasn't acknowledged until the manager came out. She asked if I needed something. I said yes and she told her other employee I wanted to order but they just walked away so I just walked away too! It was apparent I wasn't wanted there.

This Chipotle is awesome!! There wasn't a line quick and easy. Really served me double. Employee's are friendly and welcoming. Only kinda bad thing music is real loud.

The manager Esthela yelled at her employees and threw a box to them in front of customers. It felt like she is creating a very hostile work environment.
