Went to celebrate my little brothers bday , only one out staff member was friendly the fit one when she left the utter staff members were in a bad mood , giving the kids a bad attitude from what the kids told me , and they all were giving a bad look as if they didn’t want to be there . If they don’t want to be there why work there and give bad attitude to the kids and treat them poorly? Won’t be coming here any longer , you need to get new world with great attitudes and friendly service .

I was looking for somewhere to take my sister and niece, both of whom I’m meeting for the first time. We had the same father, but never met until thus summer, and I wanted to go somewhere we could have fun and sis and I could talk while my Niece had fun too. After seeing the reviews I decided to go inside and see for myself and it will not be worth our time or my hard earned money. I’ll take them to the beach, Dixon Park, and miniature golf instead. Darn shame too, because I remember when I was a kid and this place was fun with decent pizza. Oh well.
Parking: It’s free in a mall lot.
Kid-friendliness: There are kids. Lots of them. Without leashes so be ready for kids that parents failed to raise with manners. But I expected that.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, mostly. But be ready to dodge kids….. or run them over for extra points. Or only the best game there. Hahahaha 🤣

Brought my 7 year old grandson. Paid $35 for 60 min. On his first game. Football toss. His card fell in the machine. Lizbeth said too bad so sad. You have to buy another 60 min. Cost $70 for 60 minutes. Pizza taste like cardboard to add salt to the wound. Don’t come here. It’s depressing and disgusting

Definitely won't be back!! So many of the games were in poor condition. Balls were in the wrong machines. Picture machine was jammed. Basketball game had wrong balls and wasn't keeping score. Thought we'd have fun for my daughter's birthday but it definitely wasn't. Couldn't even get anyone to come to the counter to redeem our "tickets". Sucked.

The cook is out here yelling at all these kids ? And trying to put her hands on them . Not only mine but other people children as well . Then the second time there is a structure that's not safe and is just out in the open blocked with a bunch of chairs and so then the works notice and came to try to block the entrance which should have done from the star and how rude the workers where is beyond me . So sad my child hood place I loved to come play with my kid definitely crossing this location of the list . The fact the workers where rude and disrespectful for saying you guys should have done this in the first place so the children won't be climbing inside

Worst Chuck E Cheese ever! Took an hour just to get in! It's faster to drive to the one in Oceanside!
Their computers keep freezing up so there's a line out the door, took me over a half hour to just to get to the front of the line and when I did get to the front of the line their computer wouldn't work so they had to reset their computer three times before they got it to work, each time took ten minutes so it you've been keeping score, that if one full hour of waiting and no compensation whatsoever.
No free cookie, no free gameplay, and we can't leave because it will crush our kids' little hearts.
Jesus and Brian were very kind and professional but replace their computers or get IT in here to fix them because this is infuriating. I imagine the only reason you don't have a riot is people are on good behavior in front of their kids.
No other Chuck E Cheese has ever had this problem, I get that nobody cares that the manager is saying the computers are old and need to be replaced but you should start caring when it's making customers never come back. Also the pizza was the worst I ever had at a Chuck E Cheese. Chuck-E-Cheese in Oceanside has some of the best cheese pizza anywhere, I don't know why this is so different, this is like Little Caesars quality Pizza. Clearly a completely different recipe with different ingredients and different oven. You name it, and the games are just ok here.

Get the cheese stuffed crust for $3 more! It's so delicious! The only problem we had is that a large pizza looks like a medium, and I felt like we were given a medium by accident or they have shrinkflation like all of the other restaurants. Jesus was wonderful!

Jesus went above and beyond when attending to the salad bar, cleaning, and running the register. He was so kind and assertive. He was diligently working while others were not helping him. It’s inspirational to see such a diligent and hard working person. He did an absolutely great job.
