I'm a bit on the fence about Chuck e cheese Escondido only cause they don't do kid check when you go in or out. Pizza 🍕 was great and salad 🥗 yummy as usual.

I love bringing my daughters here however a lot of the time the workers don’t seem friendly or that they care for the job. They also NEVER do their child check even though thats the one biggest reason for bringing them here. Brian the manager is the only one who ever does a child check. The employees made a stink about my family asking for a new salad bar plate even though it’s your policy and takes 5 seconds to do.

Really love the new play area they have. Not like when we were kids, better imo. Kids do get crazy on the trampoline part so make sure to remind your kids to be mindful especially if a very little one is out there.

We had a great experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in Escondido! My son accidentally misplaced his play card while at the arcade, and it turned out some teenagers had taken it. I spoke with Brian, the manager, and he went above and beyond to help us. Instead of just checking the cameras, he pulled up our receipt, deactivated the old card, transferred all the points and tickets to a new one, and even restored the points we had purchased and the teens had used. Truly excellent customer service — Brian handled the situation quickly and kindly. Great manager, great location!
Staff is great here! My kids have a lot of fun, we go weekly with the membership.

Waited 15 min for burnt churros, the fact the manager was the one to bring them to us was disappointing because how could you offer something like that as a manager. I asked for different ones they said 15 min more so I asked for dipping dots instead and he said no. I didn’t get nothing at the end I was just disappointed I had no time to wait.

At this point, if I could award negative stars, I certainly would, and I believe many locals would concur with my review. This location severely lacks customer service skills. The staff often sees customers waiting at the counter but chooses to ignore them. Most of the time, they are hanging out in the back room, and when they are at the front, they seem more interested in gossiping than assisting customers in need. During peak hours, there are four staff members at the front, yet only one is attending to the register while the others do little more than stare. Even the manager appears to be incompetent. I understand that retail can be challenging, especially when working with minors, and I've tried to be patient, but enough is enough. I can't continue to experience poor service without speaking up. Significant changes are urgently needed in this center.
