Be careful when paying at this location. Abigail rung us up, told us to “make sure you press the red button” which we did originally. I saw that it tipped 15% automatically and refused to pay until it was removed.
Nothing wrong with tipping but don’t be deceitful.
My husband and I went shopping and we decided to stop at his favorite spot Cinnabon! When we got there to order we felt very unwelcomed ! The girl at the register was very rude did not bother saying a word, she had ear buds on and kept rolling her eyes! Didn’t get her name but she seemed like she hates her job! The only Skinny petite girl working evening shift today 11/29. I am a banker and see clients everyday and the way she treated me no one should be treated! Hopefully her manager has a conversation with her! I don’t think I will be going back for a while

It is unhygienic not to tie your hair and those who prepare hair have loose hair.
Bon bites, iced coffee
If only a cinnabon a day could keep the Dr. away.. ?
We bought a box of 15 cinnabons for 22 dollars. They are delicious! Employees here are very friendly and the line went by quickly to buy the cinnabons.
I ordered a box of six online, and got at my house tasting like they were more than four hours cold. When my boyfriend makes the statement "they are stale" that is saying something, and he compared them to vending machine cinnamon rolls-they were that bad. I heated mine up, and when it got cold it was even harder. Oh yeah they were delivered by ubar, and the guy kept me up to date on the order, so I know when he left the location.
They made me the perfect cinnamon roll. Try one, if they are fresh. It's one of the most delicious things that I can think of.

We came here to try a real, authentic cinnabon taste. It was ok, but the same stuff in Whole Foods in La Jolla Village Drive was much tastier though.

The employee didn't seem to happy to be there (I know... it's a job..), but her demeanor and vibe made me feel a bit unwelcomed and awkward. I got the classic cinnamon roll and one of the cups with "nothing but the middle" I THINK it was called. Didn't really like the "nothing but the middle" product. The top of the cinnamon roll with the frosting was good, but somehow it didn't taste the same as it once did years ago. Maybe my taste buds have changed after all these years or the recipe has changed. But it was a bit disappointing unfortunately, especially because I absolutely love cinnamon rolls! But I did like how the top of the roll was slightly crispy and they have many thin layers of dough (which what might be what helps to make the top crispy).
Eh it was just okay.
I love cinnamon and would typically give 5 stars. My husband and I are cinnamon roll fanatics. The minus one goes to the pint of frosting cost (which my husband desperately wanted). It was over $6 for a pint. That is more than Ben and Jerry's. Otherwise delicious, fresh, and warm. We got two rolls to eat then and a 6 pack for home with extra small frostings.
Wish there were more locations, but maybe it's better that there's not. I'd gain 20 pounds.
Friendly staff delicious cinnamon rolls
