The tortas are delicious the Chipotle sauce gives it a great taste not only that the bread and how they grill the cheese on the torta makes it feel like not your typical torta the meats were flavorful cooked well. This is my favourite food truck and its the best Mexican food I've ever had. Food is super fresh, quality is amazing and it has a great home-cooked/made with love feel to it. I have been to many Latin American restraunts and food trucks and this is by far the best I have had. It is a flavorful and palatable Mexican cuisine that will bring you back. My family and I get this for lunch or dinner all the time.
