Customer service is bad, coming from a person who has worked in customer service for like 3 years. The store is super hot maybe that’s why my ice cream was so melted. And the cone my bf got for himself was rock hard. $26 for melted ice cream no thanks!

Really nice employees and they’ve always gotten our orders right. Always clean and well-organized, though the service can be a bit slow. Minimal seating indoors so plan to take to-go.

Basically, we will not be going back here ever again.I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but dang. This place is not to be recommended. Took our family and expected NORMAL and CLEAN service, nope. The ice cream was fine, VERY melted though and the lady there was leaning all up into the freezers full of ice cream. Like, elbows in and everything.On top of that, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting too, I just wanted to wash my toddlers hands but I genuinely gagged upon going in.Apparently there were 2 people working there and they both hid in the back until we left. It was weird.This place needs a deep cleaning and some new employees or some training. It was unbelievable, no thank you. Please listen to the other reviews too! Clearly I wasn’t the only one with a negative experience, something needs to change!
Omg worse experience ever I ordered 5 large ice creams and the girl who made them was so rude and didn’t want to crush the candy up because she said her hand was hurting then she made the ice cream tottlay different from what the board said , she even had the audacity to ask me if I want my change she was a big girl with sun kind of desease on her leg didn’t wash her hands I was disgusted

God awful service. Staff doesn’t acknowledge your presence. Ice cream was melted by the time they gave it to me but honestly it looked melted already to begin with. Also I think their AC is broken.0/10

My ice cream was half melted when I received it, and the smoothie was overly sweet. The cups were both sticky and the girl serving them wasn’t wearing gloves.

The ice cream flavors are great. The owners are very clean always hands on and very friendly. They have variety of apple candies from Rock Mountain but they prepare them in store so they are very fresh. Strongly recommended???

This review goes out to the young gentlemen who worked labor day night and single handedly served 15 or so people while his female coworker hid in the back watching us. This male worker was outstanding, because throughout the rush he kept his cool and was extremely respectful.
