Always scared to spend money somewhere where the crabs are awful. This place, our first time here, crab legs in Cajun bag was beyond excellent. Seasoning was perfect, price was reasonable, quality was stellar. Restaurant also was super clean. We also had the Thai tea and that was excellent as well. Will be back again soon.

It's been a long time since I had been in Downtown Escondido. I was craving for a Lobster Roll. Hubby had a Clam Chowder bowl and toast. He said tiny bowl for $9.00? When I got my Lobster Roll, I disappointed to see how small was the bread. It's same size as my hand. It has few cut lobster and sauce wasn't exciting. Too plain and fries was ok. I ordered Thai Tea and was too sweet and the milk made me gag. The place was nice but wasn't impressed with the food.

Awesome service and fantastic food! We got a seafood bag with their "all seasonings mix" and omg best decision ever. If we lived near we'd definitely return but unfortunately we're not local :/ 10/10 would recommend!

It was just ok. Ordered the lobster roll with sweet potato fries and garlic noodles.The noodles are just spaghetti noodles and were dry def not what their menu shows.The lobster roll was very small - on one piece of bread and folded up. It looks like it’s from a child menu because it was literally a tiny sandwich.It was clean however and friendly staff.

my girlfriend and i went into this place after looking for a type of seafood restaurant for a while, didn’t disappoint the boil plate was filled and super hot as we made a few trips before stopping at home and when we started eating it was as if the food was still freshly made. super appetizing and the front lady was super friendly calm environment to watch basketball in while waiting for your food super spacious as well. will definitely be going back with my girlfriend to try other boil flavors
first off my girlfriend and i have been looking for a seafood place to go and grab some food from so saturday we found this place online and decided let's go give it a try. we walked in the building and we see a big nice restaurant nice sized tv on the wall playing basketball it's cool feels refreshing and nice paintings off seafood on the walls. we're greeted by the front lady which was very sweet i already felt welcomed she lended a hand and said she'll help us out if we needed as we were doing the order on the computer bc it was our first time we were going to take a while but she didn't mind she said take your time and waited. we ordered and our food was ready pretty quickly super hot and smelt really good. we took it to go and made extra stops on the way home and when we got home the food was still hot and ready to eat. we dug in and it was a perfect experience for both of us. definitely recommend going here ! great experience genuinely.

Came on a Friday night and wish this place was more well known. We loved it. We love seafood and love their selection. Decided to go for the crab roll and lobster pasta. We loved both. The crab roll is delicious. Should've bought two since it's on the small side to share. The pasta was great. Tasted amazing with the Cajun taste to it. Just had the one lobster tail but it was delicious. Loved the food so much. Can't wait to go back to try the other items on their menu.

We had another dinner tonight at Crab Fever Express on Grand. I know there are lots of new crab places but we highly recommend this one. My husband loves the garlic noodles with shrimp. I love any of the seafoods in the garlic butter sauce. First time we had the snow crab. I also added sausage and while its was good, garlic butter does not enhance sausage. This time I got shrimp, crawfish and clams in a combo plate that came with rice. We love the potatoes and you get corn too. The seafood is fresh and delicious. You get gloves to limit the mess. If you wanting crab, please go support this restaurant!
