I have enjoyed my experience at this establishment, especially regarding the service I've received. However, I've noticed whenever I order, the person serving me always says their name twice... is this required? It has become quite off-putting. Am I being served by robots? It immediately makes it feel awkward and impersonal. I just can't understand what the benefit of doing this would be. They have also become very focused on getting reviews. Why am I being asked to leave a review every time I buy food from this establishment?

Best saves hot chicken in San Diego the service was amazing I don’t know the guys the guys name but he had a lot of hair it was curly and brown they NEED to give him a raise he was very kind to my mom and dad and had a good attitude the food was delicious 🤤

Just another here today gone tomorrow slop shute. You choke down some crap burger that's overpriced and regret that you swallow unhealthy food. On the way home you realize your gonna be sick and there goes your diet. Eat healthy, live healthy.
