Good customer service and great vibes. Nice friendly workers. It wasn't packed so there was no long wait time. Drinks were delicious but too much ice was not worth the price at all.
So rude, didn’t even get a drink as we walked in at 11:03 and got the rudest side repose of “our boba isn’t even ready yet” mind you we are looking at the menu and barley got a hello good morning, and then proceeds to go to the back and yells at the counter girl to tell us they are working on their ice machine and won’t be able to do drinks for another 15-20 minutes 🙃. Bad vibes since we walked in, if yall didn’t want business just lock the doors.
Delicious! I recommend this honey series of milk tea!
good service and selection for drinks
Not sure how to get my drink to be sweet I tried all the percentage in different visits but It's always unsweetened
It is required to give stars, but I honestly can't rate product/service/ambiance because though their hours state they are open at 11am, and I was there at 11am, the doors were locked.
Love the kumquat tea
Wow! As an East Coast girl, I have to say this place brought boba to a new level for me. I love the number of options, and all expertly crafted. I can't wait to return.

There is no place to sit. The place like warehouse. All over packages and over employees for small place. Restroom always closed. Probably it’s worst ding tea location in North county area. Never come back.

I love Ding Tea, but this location needs some TLC. Restrooms are not available to customers and there are dying plants greeting you as you walk inside.I love the Signature Milk Tea, but this tasted a little odd…..and not enough sweetness for 100% sweetness level.I have been to this location before, but only returned because I had a gift card.
Vegetarian options: This is a boba drink place.
Parking: Plenty of spots available.
Kid-friendliness: Have small sized drinks available and sell ice cream macrons.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and parking right out front.

Solid tea and Boba place. Ordered Macha tea w/ boba and taro smoothie w/ boba. Service was quick even though it was somewhat crowded. Parking might be a challenge as it's in a shopping center. Overall, recommend.
