This review is based on my wife’s experience visiting this place with her mother just yesterday. She and I had previously eaten here and she was excited to take her mom after attending a concert at the California Arts Center. They walked in and stood by the front door waiting to be seated; noticing several empty tables. They were definitely NOT busy.On two separate incidents, a slim white waiter with brown hair and a goatee dressed all in black (I only mention his color for descriptive purposes) came out to tend to sitting customers, but never acknowledged my wife nor her mom; not even a ‘We’ll be right with you’.On both occasions, my wife tried getting his attention. Both she and her mother said ‘excuse me’ sufficiently loud enough, but were just ignored. After the second time, they had the option of yelling out ‘EXCUSE ME’ or simply leaving.Needless to say, they chose to leave and dined at Olive Garden.Pity, considering we enjoyed ourselves the previous time we were there.

Great vibes, tasty food, excellent service. Our go to spot for date night and family dinner. Idk how much Michelle makes but she deserves a raise.

Wonderful and quiet. Food was amazing and our server, RJ, was fantastic. A bit on the pricier side but well worth it for a nice Italian treat.

We ordered the chicken fettuccine, and the sauce was not well made. You could still taste the flour from the roux, hardly any cheese, and definitely no pepper. Solid sauce consists of parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. The baked ziti pasta was cooked al dente. The meat sauce was unbalanced in flavors... the red wine was pronounced as if it did not have a chance to cook down and blend with the other ingredients.Ambiance and decor were classic American Italian, rich reds, golds, and dim lighting. It is more than likely to aid in hiding the poorly cooked food that is served. So that unsuspecting guests don't see what is being served.Bread was stale and covered in butter, fake parmesan, and garlic. Would have been better served whole and fresh with a great olive oil, a solid balsamic vinegar, and fresh cracked pepper. So the bread ingredients shine through.

First of all, the only thing Italian about this place is the name. I had salmon over linguini...it was beyond dry, tasted like a 3rd grader made it. My wife had the chicken limone...she asked for vegetables instead of linguini. Melinda said no problem without mentioning that there is an extra $4.00 charge for it? Not a problem, but most restaurants that we have been to let you know about that. The chicken was overall dry, the wine sauce was tasty, but some of the vegetables were warm and some were cold? I ordered a side soup with my meal... which she never brought to me. Instead, she brings a large salad out with our entrees that we never ordered. I told her that I didn't order a salad, but the small side of minestrone. Then she brings the check...she never asks us if we'd like dessert, which we did. She tells us then that she didn't bring the soup because it was cold? Doesn't a restaurant know how to heat up food? Is that a joke? She tells us that she deducted $2.00 for not bringing the soup, but the $2.00 wasn't deducted from the bill? We then see that she charged us additional $4.00 for the veggie substitution. Not a problem, but is this another joke? Stay away from this place. It is far from authentic Italian food and mediocre at best! They never refilled my soft drink that I paid for, but did refill my wife's complimentary water. The place is very dated in the decor and the ambience is not very appetizing!

We did Take Out and it was our first time trying their food and let me tell you, it's DELICIOUS! I'm a big fan of raviolis; every italian place I visit, that's my meal, always. I requested Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and meatballs sauce, no regrets; it was so cheesy, so warm, so perfect. The lasagna was really good too. I would definitely recommend this place.

A very small intimate restaurant. It was slow with two or three other couples. I had The chicken marsala. It was amazing. Definitely recommend for a family or a date night. My dish was $24. My friends lasagna was $20. My friend's mom's baked ziti was $22.
