The pizza they make doesn’t taste good — the crust is really hard and the ingredients don’t seem fresh. Also, when you ask for help or try to talk to the staff, they don’t do much to fix the issue. Very bad experience.

Pretty disappointed with this location. Although I understand technical difficulties are uncontrollable and customers can’t pay online because the website is down then a cash option should be considered. The gal on the phone told me to call another location because her store would take an hour for delivery. Tried calling another store and they said the Lincoln location was the closest to me and unfortunately couldn’t take a CC payment over the phone and this location required a payment on anything orders over $17. Well how can I do that if your system is down? And you won’t take cash payments? Why wouldn’t we pay? You’re delivering it to my door?! It’s unacceptable.

Ordered stuffed crust today. Pizza was overcooked with hardly no cheese in crust. Also had no sauce. I ordered it with pepperoni and sausage but I didn't know I had to select a sauce. I thought sauce and cheese was standard. Maybe not....not sure about this one. Too dry.

Feel like I need to chime in here as I don't see how this location has such a low rating. We had a craving for stuffed crust pizza and discovered this location through Google (I would have never known it existed). I have only experienced ordering online and picking up in person, didn't get it delivered. It was ready in under 20 minutes and upon walking in staff were friendly and the pizzas were ready to go. Price could have been better but with a coupon it was $33 for 2 medium pizzas, both with stuffed crust and more than 3 toppings. The pizza was tasty and fresh. No complaints other than it being a little more expensive than it should be and some of the slices being too small. Overall I will return to this location in the future and would recommend it if picking up in person.

I ordered pizza at the Lincoln location, when arriving to pick. ENRIQUE was hauling a** for all the customer who had ordered pizza, thing is that ENRIQUE was by himself doing everything on his own, unit was shortstaffed. He's composure when arriving was that of a total professional and he is to be commended for it. I work in the industry and people call in all the time, but to hold it together when u are busy is always a sight to behold, GREAT JOB tonight ENRIQUE, my pizza was tasty Hot amd fresh
