This place use to be our "go to". However I just went there and got the a box of doughnuts and a regular coffee and it was $29.50. Then I get home to enjoy the doughnuts and was unsatisfied as the doughnuts tasted like they where cooked in old oil or something. My wife stopped going here for a while, but I was willing to give them a shot again.

The Donut seemed greasy and left a greasy film in your mouth. The one big turn-off was two flies walking over the cheese-filled Danish/croissant. I don't think I will be coming back.

This is a very confusing place first of all, location wise. There's a lemon sign outside, used to say Lemon Donut. Maps calls this Broadway Donut. Guess it's called Donut Star. Now. Onto the review! It's a very convenient spot, even after the Stater Bros shutdown but that doesn't count for much. The prices were pretty astronomical for donuts, no real service and the taste of the donut was fresh enough but the flavor was lacking. That's the issue with having a lot of local competition. Gotta stand out!

Wow! Such a good local find. I ordered the ham croissant sandwich and a few donuts. The sandwich had fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Very tasty!!! They tossed a few donut holes into the bag with the sandwich which was much appreciated and they were light and airy. Will absolutely come back here for a weekend breakfast

Been going here for years. Sandwiches and breakfast are just as fire as the donuts. Not to mention the complimentary donut they slide into your sandwich bag. It makes my day every time. Smoothies are not ALL natural and fresh but if you're not worried about it I definitely recommend

The donuts were light and bouncy when you bit into it and the ice coffee was delicious with cream and sugar on the counter to adjust yourself. They threw in some extra donut holes with my donut which I appreciated ? such a nice neighborhood donut spot! I’ll be back!
