My Teenage child had a severe allergic reaction after we got a mixed drink for him here. He was in the ER the rest of the evening. It wasn’t easy to speak to customer service, they wanted me to go through their website. I called this store and no answer. Too busy, line was too long, the girls were a bit way into your face while waiting v for the drinks. It’s fun & very enjoyable to chat while they’re making our drinks, but this was on an uncomfortable level. After waiting that long in line, it was an exhausting experience. We did not like any of our drinks. Two of them tasted like chemicals with meds in them. I was not going to turn around in the busy line, difficult traffic area to go in and ask the store for a refund. My first time visiting and my last

I know the people taking orders have a lot going on and are concentrating on other things but, when waiting in line in the drive-thru I got skipped multiple times to people that were there after me. Not only was it not, first come first serve, but the other cars each had multiple people.

I love that this is a walk up windpw and drive through. It was my first time here and I got the vampire slayer lemonade and its amazing. I realized after o ordered there was strawberry poping Boboba and now im sad I didn't get it with this drink. I cant wait to try the coffees or this particular drink in slushy form
