I’ve seen these managers abuse and yell at there employees many times now. They need to be checked by HR and makes the customers uncomfortable.
I will tell everyone I possibly can until I hear from corporate that they either discipline or replace these terrible people… for the fact that they only work at a fast food restaurant they hold themselves way to highly.

A customer was accosted by a young black man on a bike. I don’t believe he purchased anything but to ask for water and a plastic. He came in and out several times but it was disturbing to all in the restaurant. I will not return to that store in favor of a better location.

The manager made a mistake with my order and I asked to speak to the manager to change my order and although they said he would come, he didn't show up, I guess there are people who don't have enough pants.
