It was 945pm when I came to order at this location I wanted to get two piece chicken and they told me they were out, mind you they close at 1030. Carmen was very rude and not helpful at all. She thought she was manager skills when she was no near manager skilled. Who is training these employees. I see bad review left and right from employees who think they are above management skills and they are not. I asked for corporate number and they gave me their phone number. Sad to say they think they can fool any. These people are joke and need better training it's not like I'm getting a coupon out of it !!! If I could have a 0 star I would give it a negative

I just started visiting this place 2 weeks ago. I've known about it for years, just never dined here. I decided to visit and order their sweet corn chicken salad bowl. It was very delicious and fresh, the crema that came with it was a perfect match. I've since returned the following week. Keep up the freshness!!!

The employees here are good people but..Been coming here for over 15 years and recently they increase their kids meal prices from $5 to $7!! That's an instant almost 50% increase in price!!

This place is a sinking ship. Food quality has gone downhill. Drive thru is a joke, they are always forgetting something with your order. Seems they are focused on taking money than they are with getting the order right. Avoid this place.

Always a good choice for a fast tasty healthy meal. Restaurant is getting old and has not been updated but is still a good place to eat. Workers are courteous and helpful but I think they're running short staff.

Bought a family meal from this Pollo Loco and promptly got diarrhea after eating their food yesterday. My wife also experience watery diarrhea from this El Pollo loco restaurant.
