I love Pollo Loco and have been enjoying it for years. Unfortunately this location really skimps out on the chicken for bowls/salads and it’s very frustrating. I’ve had to mention it when I ordered again and that was the only time I was given a decent portion of chicken. The following visit I didn’t mention anything and it was back to the very small amount of meat. I would normally stop by when I’m in a pinch but at this point it’s just so disappointing that I don’t want to order here anymore. The 4S Ranch location gives awesome portions if anyone is interested. The food itself is great considering the convenience.

The BEST Pollo Loco I've ever been, Customer Service, food, etc..
Huge language barrier here... this is the second time I ordered a guacamole burrito and they keep giving me a Chipotle burrito. I say my order slow and coherently so they can understand. I even repeat myself and describe whats in the burrito. I mean.. the product name is in Spanish... Very odd how they can't produce a guacamole burrito out of here.
This restaurant was a destination stop in my youth. They are not in my state, so I had to visit them again when I was out of town. This restaurant is clean, but I did notice several wet stains on their ceiling, which could be roof leaking. We ordered a 3 piece meal and a chicken taco. The sides were corn and beans. Everything in the meal was good tasting. My only complaint is chicken pieces are too small. The taco with visit sauce was also good. Prices are a little high for a fast food meal.
