As someone with a soy and sesame allergy, it’s hard to find places to eat that can accommodate. Elmisa Cafe easily accommodated my allergens- their bread comes certified soy and sesame free from the baker- and their ingredients are fresh! Try the Rula, you won’t regret it!
I love this place. I tried the chicken supreme and Rueban sandwich so far and it is so flavorful and seems like fresh organic chicken and pastrami. The bread is to die for and I love the service and atmosphere too. Thank you so much for serving Escondido.
Really great café, they have plenty of options for food and drinks. The service was really fast and the Matcha is absolutely delicious. Only recently started coming here, but it’s definitely worth returning to!
