I went tonight at around 7:20pm and ordered the buffalo fries and asked for an order two extra tenders it took 35 minutes to come out and when it did I got home and too my suprise found I didn’t get what I paid for as they only gave me one tender I’m just very disappointed in the service and lack of transparency…

Don’t usually come to this location but I was around the area and dined in with my family. The cashier had no smile on her face, very serious, I gave her half cash and rest on card as I was taking the money out to pay she said how much is it and counted it for her and gave her more money and she replied with “is that it or is there more” with some what of an attitude. Overall the cashier seemed rude and bothered by doing her job?? I had ordered the epic fries and it didn’t really have any chipotle very little on only one side the other half was just plain. Person who took us the food didn’t even say “you’re welcome” after they were told thank you for bringing the food.

Had to change my rating of this location. We have gone to many locations in North County San Diego and had high hopes for this one in our home town. After going there a few times after it opened with phenomenal service, the food and service has declined greatly. The staff seem either overworked with online orders or they are chatting in the back with no regard to customers in the front. Not to mention having a nice bar set up but not having the sense to put a bartender there when busy, especially on game days, no other location has this issue. Hopefully the owners see this and wise up to making it a better dining experience.
