Had to change my rating of this location. We have gone to many locations in North County San Diego and had high hopes for this one in our home town. After going there a few times after it opened with phenomenal service, the food and service has declined greatly. The staff seem either overworked with online orders or they are chatting in the back with no regard to customers in the front. Not to mention having a nice bar set up but not having the sense to put a bartender there when busy, especially on game days, no other location has this issue. Hopefully the owners see this and wise up to making it a better dining experience.

We have been going to Epic Wings for 20 years. This is definitely the worst one we’ve been to. Staff is unfriendly and food was soggy. Y’all gettin 20$ a hour to act a fool. Spent 40$ and you can’t give me more than 2 small ranch after I tipped you…. No thankyou!! We won’t be going to this location again.

We were sad they didn't have their draft beer up and running today. Once that fets set-up, it will be that much better. We asked for the Aztecnfootball game to be turned on, and they were on it right away. Enjoyed the game and Buffalo chicken strips, carrots, and celery sticks and breadsticks.
Somehow, the rewards are not available at all locations, so you just lose the rewards if you go to your local location. Fix the app.

Hello, my first visit to this location on 7/30/24 4:30. Restaurant was relatively empty with 2 people in the front and 2 in the kitchen with the manager. We sat inside the diner with a view of the front counter and kitchen. I was shocked and surprised to see how the employees behaved and the manager completely condoned it. Last time I visit this location, for safety health hazards I feel the Health Department needs to be aware of the following we witnessed: 1. Food came out in 15 minutes and cold, completely unacceptable. 2. None of the staff including the manager was wearing any gloves when handling and touching the food. 3. The 2 people up front handling cashier/money transactions also were in the kitchen handling and touching the food without any gloves, disgusting. 4. One of the cashiers was caught rubbing his noise and then entering the kitchen handling food, unbelievable. 5. Caught manager walking out of the kitchen getting plastic forks, walking back to the kitchen and was observed eating with other workers while putting together orders and bringing them out, unbelievable. 6. All of this while in the presence of the manager, completely disgusting and unprofessional behavior by all working that afternoon. If they worked for me I would've have fired all of them along time ago and installed cameras.
