They need to have a set prices and a sign for to go. Younger girl asked us if it was sushi we said no so she went on charging us $5.99$ lb then she realizes it’s habachi food so takes our food out of the bag and charges us $8.99 for it (charged us the difference) AFTER we had already paid for it. I told her they should have that written down and she proceeds to point at their to go price list which DOES NOT state habachi or $8.99 anywhere. It says sushi and steak are higher. I tell her it does not say habachi on there at all. She proceeds to say yeah yeah its more it says there when it CLEARLY does not. Not to mention, I came last month for to go habachi and the guy decided to charge me $6.99 for habachi instead of their $5.99. Now it’s $8.99 with no sign saying so on their to go price and policy’s? Will not be coming here again. I do not recommend as they don’t have set clear prices for their to-go.

while eating with my partner she went and got a ice cream with a chocolate mocha cake and when I went to take my second bite I seen this long thing that looked like hair. that was gross. other people seen my disbelieve and said go to the manager and I did and all she said oh not hair get another one. being angry who the hell wants another one . not coming again.

. I just went there and got 3 Togo plates to bring home to the famly. Pricing is listed as 6.99 for dinner, 11.99 for steak and sushi, and 9.99 if it is more than 30% sushi. Togo box's are standard 3 tray plates. We filled the plates and put sushi in one tray. So the sushi portion is 25% at best. We got two plates of meat/ sushi and one full plate of rice and noodles. So counting for the rice and noodle plates the sushi percentage is even less. I went up to pay and they charged us 8.99 a pound for the two meat plates. When I asked they noted because there was some sushi in the box. I pointed to the sign that noted the box was 9.99 per a lb when it was over 30% sushi but there was no note of a varying price if there was some sushi.
I pointed out several times that the price was not advertised but the front desk person refused to let up. I was picking up the food for a famly dinner so I didn't have any choice but unfortunately this has soured my perspective of the resturant. We normally went here at least one time a month but we will no longer be visiting. I wish Fasia good luck with their business but I worry about their future with the underhanded practices I saw today.

This place will overcharges and miss leads for takeout. They advertise one price $5.99 but they charge a whole different price anywhere between $7.99 to $10.99 a pound. There scale is also riged and adds weight to your box. Horrible service and very rude staff.

My dad took my mom here for an early Mother’s Day gift and they both got terribly sick from their stomach just a few minutes after eating here. Ended up being quite pricey as they still haven’t recovered fully so now they will have to miss work. Could be becaue of the amount of grease in it, but wouldn’t recommend.
