Really isn't the same. Lasagna was so dry, noodles were hard. Asked for one extra side of their italian dressing, was told there will be a charge. Been going here about 48 years now if not longer. Time to find a better quality italian restaurant.........?

The Best Pizza in the World !! The crust is slightly crispy and thicker and delicious ,it's thicker to handle the Incredible large amounts of Very High Quality Sauce ,Meats and ? Cheese !! Wow !! Absolutely a Fantastic Pizza ! And everything on the menu is Fresh and So Very Tasty ! Have been Enjoying this Wonderful Food for over 30 years !

I love the classic Italian atmosphere you get here, can definitely tell it's been around for a while. The food was phenomenal, I got the eggplant parmigiana and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, with plenty of cheese. My friend said the lasagna is the best he's had! I will definitely come back to try that famous pizza of theirs! Service wasn't good, our drinks were empty the entire time we ate our meal. We were given butter when we first sat down but didn't get the bread until our food arrived. If service improves this could be a 5 star place. Great food and huge portions! Come hungry!

It was a take out order. I was visiting from out of state. We were picking up dinner for a small family gathering. It was way overpriced for the quality of the food. The veggie pizza we ordered and asked for no peppers had peppers. Myself and my local family members will not be ordering or eating there again.Vegetarian options: Watch what you order for it as they paid no attention to detailParking: Just hard to find parking

Great pizza with some thick crust when you ask for the extra thick style. So fluffy yet crispy at the same time with a perfect balance of ingredients. I got the large size but as a young adult man I could only eat one slice before becoming full, that is how huge the portions are! I had some wonderful leftovers for a few days!Parking: Park in the back of the building if spots are available!

I know Filippi's Pizza Grotto has been around for many years. I've given this restaurant a couple chances. Unfortunately, the restaurant is old, you can smell how old the location is when you first step foot in the restaurant. I enjoyed their pizzas, but I've had better and it doesn't cost as much as what I paid for their pizzas. Although customer service good, I will not be returning for more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order is always wrong when placed online or via telephone. Last night placed order via phone for pick-up, when picking up order asked to check order and confirm it was correct, staff was irritated when asked to check the order, got the order home and it was wrong, ordered beef ravioli and it was cheese ravioli. Called the restaurant to complain and the manager said to come into the restaurant today and they would give me an order of beef ravioli, now the staff are saying they know nothing about it and will only give a half order of the beef ravioli. Poor customer service and order wrong every time. To add, the manager we've been dealing with today to make good on the wrong order just telephoned me and was rude and disrespectful, she spoke over me the majority of the call and the end result was her stating that if they have t been able to get my orders correct for such a long time for me to stop going to Filipi's. I will honor her wishes and will not ever go to Filipis again and will also start passing the word to everyone I know, no more family dinners there.
