5 Points Bar in Escondido, CA can’t be bothered to close the front door when it’s below 50 degrees. The bartenders just leave it wide open while customers sit there freezing, the seats closest to the door which are immediately in front of the door emptied within 10 min of the door being opened. People are getting one drink and walking out. I’d literally buy them a fan if that’s the issue. This occurred on the evening/morning of 5/6 Dec 2025
Only chips and meat sticks so bring in your own food but the servers and people are great

Perfect dive bar, with nice pool tables. Didn't play, had no food (Akita sushi blocks away). But it was perfect for what it wants to be. That's all.

Ive been at this very racist establishment before but today that bar was on a whole nother level of racist. First off I went to the liquor store next to 5 points bar. I got me two tall to take home. I live down the the street from 5 points bar. So anyway I go inside 5 points bar to see my cousin abel thats their everyday by the way spends all his money theri
Came here visiting a friend who works nearby. Had a blast hanging with cool people. They're was a Billiards league going on. Played electronic, soft tip darts fire a bit. Totally enjoyed myself. Good selection of local and big name beers.

Only come here on Friday or Saturday night beyond that the bartenders are the worst ever they complain about not getting tips, but they don’t even ask to refill your beer. They suck.
