Where in the hell is this place? No name
We went to Frankies last night to watch the US v Netherlands World Cup game. The food and the service were outstanding but we had to leave at half-time because it was so hot in the bar. It was 83 degrees (per the thermostat in front of us) and no AC or fans. Definitely not worth going to the bar just due to the heat. Will be ordering the food to go because it was so amazing! Will try the bar again in the winter.

Coke boiled chicken in my burrito! Rude cashier/server Marlene was abusive and didn’t offer to make it right for us just told me you ordered we served you.. I guess their customer service stops there? I asked can we have a refund then since u just took the tray of food away? We left after shouted at us “No Refunds!” ? Disaster
I lived in Escondido since 2004. Not sure when this place opened, but super delicious. I ate chicken street tacos, my wife's friend shared some chicken flaunts. Both sure awesome. The staff was really attentive and on it. Great place lucky I live close. Close to the 15 for anyone driving bye. It is Connect to a wine beer bar, so sit in there and order if you want a drink.
Very nice restaurant. Showed the UFC without a cover charge
Attentive staff, knew what I wanted!
Love ? this place…great food
Never will I go to this place again. Bought two dinners they hand you four small plastic containers of salsa, which in my eating Mexican experience in the past isn’t very much to add the a dinner or just for chips. How about you? So at the open salsa bar I added four more of there scoops which one will fill that small plastic container to my dinner! Then I was told that was to much salsa taken from the open salsa bar and they needed $5 more dollars! What an open salsa bar NO sign and they needed $5 more dollars. No other open salsa bar in town has ever regulated its use! Never again Chicken Lisa buyer beware.
Restaurantji Recommends
Love this place, great food, drinks and people. Smaller size Bar, very clean, friendly bartenders.
Busy place! nice menu and fast. They are known for their check that they grill....but tacos and other items are great as well. Always a like for the pick-up window on called in take-out orders.....they also opened a bar next to the restaurant.....your choice......
